Community Plant & Seed Swap

When: Saturday, May 17 at 10:00am (sharp!) - Arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up

Where: Guilford Community Park, 24 Church Dr. (map)

Celebrate spring at the annual spring Community Plant Swap. We'll exchange our extra seeds, plant starts, houseplants, and perennial divisions as we get ready for the new gardening season. Don’t have anything to swap? That’s OK! There’ll be plenty of plants for everyone.

Please arrive on time! We can not control the exuberance of gardeners swapping plants. In past years, people began swapping right away and late comers missed out on some of the fun.

No registration required for this free community event.

Jumping Worm Notice: Please be aware of potential jumping worms in your soil & don’t bring any plants with soil that comes from an area with jumping worms. If you bring perennials from a garden that has jumping worms, wash off all the soil beforehand and make potential plant swappers aware of the risk. Seedlings started in store-bought potting soil are a safe alternative.
